Bloom Health NP is a luxury medical spa and wellness center in Frederick, Maryland. Board-certified nurse practitioner and medical director Sheila K. Rohe, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, founded the clinic to provide quality concierge primary care and aesthetic treatments with each patient’s needs in mind.

At Bloom Health NP, we take a collaborative approach to care that focuses on treating each patient as a whole. We believe every patient deserves comprehensive, compassionate care, whether they’re seeking help maintaining a healthy weight through medical weight loss, hormone therapy, or a concierge primary care provider.

We understand that every patient who prioritizes their health may also want to enhance their aesthetic wellness. Bloom Health NP is home to a medical spa that provides a wide selection of cosmetic services, such as RF microneedling. We also offer IV vitamin therapy for customizable nutrient therapies.

In addition to over 30 years of experience, Sheila also holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and Leadership and Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Outside of her work at Bloom Health NP, she is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland (NPAM), and AANP. Sheila is a volunteer at the Maryland Medical Reserve Corps.

With over 25+ years of experience, Sheila has a wealth of medical knowledge to provide optimal healthcare to each client she treats. Sheila believes your care should be a collaborative process focused on the client’s goals and she provides personal consultations and to educate our clients on the services best suited for their needs and the science behind them.

Mariana Bryant brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in the field of aesthetics. With a background in nursing and a deep passion for aesthetic and intimate wellness, she is dedicated to addressing her patients' concerns through personalized treatment plans. Her specialties include advanced anti-aging techniques such as exosome therapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, dermal fillers, biostimulators, neurotoxins, and laser treatments. Additionally, Mariana focuses on optimizing sexual function through innovative therapies, including bioidentical hormone replacement, peptide therapy, and the O-Shot® and P-Shot®.

Mariana earned her RN degree from Frederick Community College and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Stevenson University. Committed to continuous learning, she actively participates in advanced training sessions with leading pharmaceutical companies, including Galderma, Allergan, and Revance. She also regularly attends conferences, events, and masterclasses in aesthetic and intimate medicine. As a member of the Cellular Medicine Association, Mariana is certified in a range of specialized procedures, including the O-Shot®, Priapus Shot®, Vampire Facial®/Facelift®, and Vampire Breast Lift®. In 2019, she became certified by BioTe Medical, specializing in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for both men and women.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Mariana enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new destinations.
